Our good friend Jordan Crane from Wolff Olins called us in when they were beginning to work on the new Current TV identity. In the early meetings GHAVA helped to mold and develop logo possibilities by testing out different motion experiments and options for multiple concepts. Early on it was obvious that the flag captured the existing, and future brand of Current TV. Once the final direction was decided upon by Wolff Olins and the client, GHAVA worked closely with Wolff Olins on further development of the brand look and feel. See more here.
Working alongside Wolff Olins in our ongoing relationship with AOL, we helped develop promotional videos to play around Austin for this year’s SXSW festival. Massive screens in the airport greeted festival-goers with a barrage of bright colors and animating type to help complete AOL’s presence throughout the city.
This is the first in a series for our favorite skate shop, KCDC. Each team rider will get a chance to pay their respects to the people who influenced them by recreating a line from a video that stoked them to skate when they were growing up. The first one is of Bill Pierce recreating Chris Pastras’ line from Tincan Folklore !
Working closely with Wolff Olins, we recently finished up creating a new batch of art and videos for AOL. The videos were launched at the New Museum in NYC this past May. Check out the project here.
GHAVA was also included in AOL Artists, a new site showcasing the artists behind their unique brand identity.

We just shot a video piece for our client Hello Health with Dr. Khozin in the lead. Because we were shooting in tight quarters with no room for extra lights, we decided to try out the video features on the Canon 5D Mark II and we’re excited by the results.
